BCPNP 신청시 고용주의 필수 조건

1. 1년이상의 법인으로 운영된 회사 

2.광역밴쿠버는 5명이상, 외곽은 3명이상 풀타임 직원 고용

3.BC주 법률에 과거 or 현재에 위배된 적이 없어야 함

General employer requirements

Your employer must:

• be established as an employer in good standing in B.C.
• provide full-time, indeterminate (permanent or with no set end date) employment
• have a history of good workplace and business practices
• sign an employer declaration
• meet domestic labour market recruitment requirements, where applicable
• make you a full-time, indeterminate job offer
• offer you a wage in line with industry standards
